I help people who are suffering from stress, anxiety or depression to feel better, sleep better and take their lives back.

In our therapy sessions we combine powerful mindfulness, creative imagination and focused attention techniques to help you live well, free from self-limiting thoughts, overwhelming emotions and self-defeating behaviours that suck the joy from our lives.

 

Together, we will work on a treatment plan that will help you move towards a healthier and more meaningful life.

At Living Well, the individual therapy sessions will help you de-fuse from thoughts and feelings that produce stress, anxiety and depression.  You will learn to refocus on things you do that will help you to thrive in the most complex circumstances. Sessions explore some strategies to help create a rich, full and meaningful life, while accepting the pain that inevitably goes with it.
