In our therapy sessions we combine powerful mindfulness, creative imagination and focused attention techniques to help you live well, free from the tyranny of self-limiting thoughts, overwhelming emotions and self-defeating behaviours that suck the joy from our lives and make us feel small.
Together, we will work on a treatment plan that will help you move towards a healthier and more meaningful life.

At Living Well, the individual therapy sessions will help you de-fuse from thoughts and feelings that suck the joy from your life. You will learn to refocus on behaviours that will help you develop the psychological flexibility to thrive in the most complex circumstances. In these therapy sessions, we’ll work together to solve current problems and change unhelpful thinking and behaviour. You will be able to step back from thoughts and feelings that prolong your difficulties or make them worse. Working together, we will re-focus on action to improve your relationship or enhance your own well-being and vitality.
The BRIGHT (Building Resilience though Improved Goals Habits and Thinking) group looks at how we make our lives more difficult than they need to be.
Sessions explore some strategies to help create a rich, full and meaningful life, while accepting the pain that inevitably goes with it.
