Together, we will work on a treatment plan that will help you move towards a healthier and more meaningful life.

At Living Well, the individual therapy sessions will help you de-fuse from thoughts and feelings that produce stress, anxiety and depression. We will work together to disrupt the vicious cycle that keeps you doing things that bring trouble to your door and I will support you every step on the way towards a more joyful and meaningful life.
The BRIGHT (Building Resilience though Improved Goals Habits and Thinking) group looks at how we make our lives more difficult than they need to be.
Sessions explore some strategies to help create a rich, full and meaningful life, while accepting the pain that inevitably goes with it.
